About the role

We are seeking an experienced Garage Door Technician/Installer to join our team at Fox Garage Doors, in Forster, NSW. As a casual employee, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of garage doors and related systems for our residential and commercial customers in the local area.

What you'll be doing

• Perform professional installation of new garage doors and openers
• Diagnose and repair issues with existing garage door systems
• Provide maintenance and servicing for garage doors and related equipment
• Offer advice to customers on garage door products and solutions
• Maintain a clean, organised work vehicle and ensure proper storage of tools and parts
• Deliver excellent customer service and a positive brand experience
• Utilise our software program app to coordinate job scheduling and customer communications

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a garage door technician or installer
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing a variety of garage door systems
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Able to drive a manual car

Flexible schedule and no weekend work, with the potential to move to Full time!

Pay commiserate with experience and to be negotiated.
