Scoping research into what studies are available on the environmental impact of consuming different dietary patterns, protein-rich foods and ultra-processed foods (UPFs) in the Australian context

Your normal day will involve: Conducting two scoping reviews focused on dietary and sustainability guidelines, working within a remote team, analyzing existing literature, developing research protocols, preparing comprehensive reports, assessing evidence related to protein intake and its implications for sarcopenia and neurocognitive conditions, understanding environmental and social contexts of dietary practices in Australia, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
