About the role

Manilla Early Learning is seeking a passionate and experienced Educator to join our vibrant early learning centre in Manilla, NSW. This is a part-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children in our local community.

What you'll be doing

• Providing high-quality childcare and educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years
• Developing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning programs and activities
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and thrive
• Building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
• Adhering to all relevant childcare regulations, policies and procedures
• Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• Relevant childcare qualification, such as a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Previous experience working as an Educator in an early learning
• Genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families and colleagues
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications
• Working with Children Check and National Police Check
