About the role

Truline Concreting is seeking a skilled Concreter and labourer to join our team in Aspley, Queensland. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for carrying out concrete work to the highest standards. You will be an integral part of our construction projects, ensuring that all concrete work is completed safely, efficiently and to specification.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and pouring concrete foundations, slabs, pathways and other structures
• Operating concrete mixers, vibrators, trowels and other equipment
• Finishing concrete surfaces by screeding, floating, troweling and edging
• Interpreting plans and specifications to ensure accurate concrete placement
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Collaborating with the construction team to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years' experience as a Concreter, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of concrete mixing, pouring and finishing techniques
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Proficient in the use of concrete tools and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
• Strong safety focus and willingness to comply with all site safety protocols
