NV Picton has been operating for 30 years providing operator seat repairs primarily to the transport and construction industries. We are currently looking for a mechanically minded person to join our team as a suspension seat repairer.

The ideal applicant needs to be reliable, honest, punctual and able to work autonomously within a small team environment. Desirable applicant would have a mechanic background but not required, have a passion for learning new skills and takes pride in a high quality of work.

The responsibilities of this job role include:

• Diagnose faults
• Repairs and maintenance to seats
• Removal and install of seats
• Basic welding and machining

Training will be provided in house to the right applicant with further opportunities to be taught in other fields of seat repairs such as trim and foam repairs.
