Our client, a well established Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is looking to appoint an experienced administrator to lead a small team in the administration of student records and relevant reporting, including State Government funding. This includes monitoring and reporting on student progress and ensuring compliance with ASQA and State Government requirements.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years RTO administration experience
- Proficiency in Student Management Systems, preferably Axcelerate
- Demonstrated understanding of State Government Funding, including Apprenticeships and Traineeships
- Current experience of AVETMISS data reporting
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to delegate to and mentor team members
- Applied knowledge of RTO compliance requirements at all levels
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable but not essential
