The Business:
This leading Insurance company is seeking a permanent Service Specialist to join their team in March 2025. Priding itself on building expert professionals, this business heavily focuses on training, developing, and promoting their staff. The business is one of the leading in it's industry, providing medical support and advice and top quality customer service to its clients.
The Role:
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will focus on building key relationships with members and servicing their queries. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound call volume.
- Responding to queries from members in written form.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of members’ queries.
- Managing your work in accordance with the business’s processes, compliance, and legislative requirements.
- Providing members with an update to date information regarding their membership.
- Continuously looking for processes to improve the overall service of members.
To Be Successful:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Worked previously in a customer-focused/call center role (ideally within the medical or professional services space)
- Thrive working in a fast-paced, fun environment
- Present as a motivated and customer orientated indiviual
- Available for shift work between 8am-7pm
- Covid vaccinated
