MR Driver - Townsville

About Role

Toll People in collaboration with TGE are seeking an experienced MR Truck Driver for casual opportunities to assist with the distribution & collection of General Freight in and around Townsville. This position is seeking AM Driver who also hold a MR License.

Key Responsibilities

• Extensive local knowledge
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to complete Multi Drops within and around Townsville
• Keep your vehicle clean and presentable and ensure relevant maintenance and safety checks are carried out regularly

Skills & Experience

• Current MR Truck Driving License
• Holds a LF Lic but not essential
• Minimum 2yrs experience
• Will be completed between 60+ stops approx.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Co-operate with your employer to ensure all safe work procedures are adhered to
• Observe and practise correct safe work methods
• Immediately report any unhealthy and/or unsafe working conditions, hazards, equipment, or practices to your manager/supervisor and make suggestions on improvements
• Immediately report to your manager/supervisor all injuries, illnesses, incidents and near misses - no matter how minor
