Position Overview:
As the Project Quality Engineer at Proa Energy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects meet the highest quality standards while keeping projects on track. This role uniquely blends quality engineering with project management. You will review technical documentation, monitor project progress, and drive continuous improvements—all while working closely with cross-functional teams. Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Projects, Planner, or Jira is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Control:

Oversee and review project documentation to ensure quality outcomes and compliance with industry best practices.

Support initiatives that drive quality improvements across our production and engineering processes.

Project Management:

Coordinate project activities and schedules using tools like Microsoft Projects, Planner, or Jira.

Attend cross-functional meetings and provide updates on project quality metrics and milestones.

Continuous Improvement:

Analyse quality data to identify areas for process enhancements.

Lead initiatives to resolve quality issues, reduce non-conformances, and improve overall efficiency.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain accurate records for internal and external stakeholders.

Act as a quality liaison during project meetings and client interactions.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Should Have:

• Proven experience in quality engineering , project management or project engineering (minimum of 2 years experience is expected).
• Experience working in a GMP environment is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with project management software (Microsoft Projects, Planner, Jira) to track and manage quality and project tasks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Certifications in quality (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus.
