About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team at NT Performance Automotive in Footscray, VIC. As a casual Motor Mechanic with the option of part time/full time for the right candidate, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a range of vehicles, ensuring they are running at their best as well as having a passion for performance enhancements.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Carry out routine maintenance such as servicing, oil changes, and tyre changing/rotations
• Perform mechanical work including engine, transmission, and suspension repairs
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve complex issues
• Maintain detailed records of work completed and parts used
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years experience in the Automotive repair trade
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently when required
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Current driver's licence
• Reliable and honest
