The role

The Control Systems Engineer is responsible for managing the safe, reliable and effective operation of the site’s controls and automation systems. Your duties will include asset management, identifying and executing improvement projects, providing technical and statutory guidance to the team, conducting performance system evaluations and ensuring that the safety, security and integrity of process control systems from physical and cyber intrusion.

Selection Criteria

To be successful you will require a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Process Engineering with substantial experience in automation. You will be a dynamic engineer with demonstrated knowledge of Rockwell Automation PLCs, Yokogawa Centum VP DCS, Siemens S7 PLC, HMI design, Plant SCADA systems, Industrial Communication Networks, Telemetry Systems, Alarm Management and OSISoft PI Plant Historian. You will also need advanced skills in MS Office programs and a background in mining or heavy industry.
