Kingston Beach Dental is a multi-award winning dental practice located at Channel Court Kingston, Tasmania. We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our busy front-of-house team due a team member changing career and commencing full time study. We are a well-established, modern practice with great relationships within our team, with our patients, the community and dental specialists.

What we are looking for:
A minimum of 1 years’ experience working in Australia in a medical or dental reception role. Dental assistants seeking an admin role will be considered.
· Exemplary presentation and a passion for providing the best patient care and service possible.
· A warm, friendly personality and positive, caring attitude to make a great impression with every interaction.
· Outstanding administrative, telephone and IT skills (we use Oasis practice management software).
· Excellent communication skills with patients, staff and management.
· Great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise, problem-solve and follow-up in a busy environment.
· Be solution-focussed and committed to continuous improvement and growth.
