The Role:

• Operate machinery for broad-acre cropping (seeding, spraying, harvesting)
• Lead machinery maintenance
• Assist with grain handling and local truck driving
• Contribute to sheep husbandry (lamb marking, fencing, feeding)
• Maintenance for livestock (Fencing, Pipe\trough repairs)
• Maintain accurate records
• Support with farm OHS improvements and administration

Who You Are:

• Passionate and honest farm hand with pride in your work
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Current driver's license (HC truck license a plus)
