As the Contract Manager you will oversee contract origination, procurement, and management for large-scale solar and battery storage projects.

You will provide essential support across the business, ensuring the successful structuring, negotiation, and execution of contracts. Working closely with legal, engineering, and finance teams, you’ll manage contract risk, compliance, and performance for both new and existing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of large-scale EPC contracts for solar and battery storage projects.
• Oversee procurement and ensure all contracts align with project goals and risk strategies.
• Manage multiple consultant and service provider contracts, tracking key milestones and amendments.
• Act as the key liaison between internal teams, contractors, legal advisors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct contract risk analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Provide executive leadership with contract performance reporting and strategic recommendations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong background in contract management, procurement, or legal advisory roles.
• Experience handling both small consultancy agreements and large-scale EPC contracts.
• Ability to work closely with lawyers, consultants, engineers, and commercial teams.
• Prior experience in renewable energy projects
• Knowledge of contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and Australian regulatory frameworks.
