We currently have another opportunity available for a capable and experienced labourer for work with a bridge maintenance team based out of Hay.

This role will involve working full time hours of work through until end of May 2025 initially.

Overtime and regular overnight stays will be required, with accommodation provided and applicable allowances paid.

Successful applicants will need to be able to follow direction and have common sense with some previous building background a distinct advantage. You will be required to undertake a range of functions relating to maintaining timber, steel or concrete bridges, including assisting trades workers.

Previous experience in the areas of bridge work, builders labouring, concreting, formwork/falsework, carpentry or plant operation such as excavators would be a distinct advantage. An understanding of basic hand power tools would be advantageous.

Applicants will need to currently reside in the Hay area or have confirmed accommodation available for an immediate start of work.

• current WHS White Card - essential
• current unencumbered driver licence
• good all round fitness for manual work tasks
• previous experience with bridge construction or maintenance - highly desirable
• Workers on Foot (WOF) training course, or willingness to complete online before commencement of work
• Traffic Control card is preferred, but not essential.
