This hotel is part of Don Hodge Group who own and operate six pubs across Sydney and regional NSW and have commenced building the seventh, our first greenfield site, also in Sydney's southwest. The Hotels are spread across Sydney, Newcastle and Forbes.

We are recruiting for our beloved Newcastle property, Warners at the Bay.

The role will see you working directly with our newly recruited senior manager, a pub expert with multiple years experience in a Group Operations Manager role with a well known Sydney Pub Group. You will work alongside the team to ensure the day to day operations are run as smoothly as possible. Its a role for someone who has previous venue General Management experience or an incredibly rounded Senior Assistant Manager who is looking to take a step up.

The venue thrives across all departments so experience in high performing food, beverage and gaming outlets is crucial. Additional points if you have some accommodation experience on your resume too.

We are looking for a hospitality professionals who have experience in:

• TAB, Gaming, Food & Beverage operations - Pub style
• Staff management
• Customer relations
• Opening & closing procedures
• Staff training
• Upholding policy & procedures
• Compliance

On top of your annual salary, which will vary pending experience, we will also offer the successful candidate:

• $1000 sign on bonus***
• $150 weekly food and beverage allowance.
