We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Digital Communications Coordinator to join a forward-thinking organisation. What will you be doing?

As the Digital Communications Coordinator, you will:

• Manage and monitor social media channels, creating and posting content that engages the audience.
• Develop and report on digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media promotions.
• Design and execute eDM campaigns, ensuring content is engaging and strategically aligned with business goals.
• Maintain the organisation's website, including SEO optimization and content updates, working closely with external developers.
• Track and report on the performance of all digital platforms, providing insights to improve future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and plan future content initiatives.

What do you need?

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Hootsuite, Status Brew, Mailchimp, Wordpress, etc.
• Strong analytical skills to track and optimise digital content performance
• Experience in social media management, SEO, CMS platforms, and event coordination
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Ability to provide creative content and foster two-way dialogue with audiences
