Key Duties
Forklift operation.
Manual loading/unloading of trucks, requiring physical effort and attention to safety.

Overseeing daily dispatch operations, both locally (Melbourne metro) and nationally (interstate consignments).

Managing and ensuring that dispatch activities align with delivery schedules

Working closely with freight providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of delivery schedules.

Keeping track of stock levels, checking goods in and out, and identifying an

Proficient use of Microsoft Excel to manage logistics data, create reports, track inventory, and help with analysis.

The ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively, prioritize urgent jobs, and meet deadlines, especially in a fast-paced environment.
