About the Position:

We are currently seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join our team and serve the communities in and around Hobart, TAS, primarily within Aged Care facilities. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing region while enjoying a fulfilling work-life balance, surrounded by Hobart’s stunning landscapes and vibrant culture.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: Earn $2,000 per day (for an 8-hour workday).
• Supportive Environment: Work alongside a team of nurses, telehealth geriatricians, physicians, and enjoy strong administrative support.
• Patient Volume: See up to approximately 25 patients per day.
• Flexible Schedule: Part-time role, working 1 day per week (with the flexibility to choose your working days).
• Regional Exploration: Travel opportunities to explore Hobart and the surrounding areas.
• Professional Growth: Perfect for GPs with an interest in Aged Care, offering ample career development opportunities within our expanding organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• AHPRA Registration: General or Specialist registration (no conditions). Overseas applicants without RACGP Fellowship need not apply.
• Availability: Able to work 1 day per week, with potential for additional hours as the region grows.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in system-based reporting and familiarity with various software packages is a plus.

Non-Vocationally Registered GPs: If you’re nearing completion of your RACGP or FACRRM Fellowship, we encourage you to apply. Daily Rate: $1,700 to $1,800 per day.
