ABOUT THE ROLE
Supporting the Chairman, CEO, and CFIO, this role requires an experienced EA who can balance multiple priorities, manage high-volume diaries, and provide seamless executive support. With a new CEO transitioning into the role, this is an exciting time to join and play a key role in shaping executive operations. Full-time, 5 days in office – play a key role in leadership decision-making and collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee complex scheduling, ensuring time is optimised across three executives.
- Act as a true gatekeeper, questioning meeting necessity and proactively managing priorities.
- Handle confidential board materials, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items for monthly board meetings.
- Organise domestic and occasional international travel, managing all logistics and accommodations.
- Expense management
- Plan and execute high-profile events, including board dinners, client engagements, and strategy sessions.
- Build relationships across the national leadership team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 5+ years of C-suite EA experience, ideally with exposure to board-level operations.
- Experience in construction or a similar industry is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- A warm, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
