About the role

Bungunyah Apartments', a prominent provider of serviced villa units in Croydon VIC 3136, is seeking a part-time Cleaner to join their dedicated team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional service in a residential setting.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly cleaning and maintaining the interiors of serviced villa units, including bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in all assigned units
• Restocking and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and quality control
• Providing attentive and courteous customer service to residents and guests
• Villa cleans are rostered 2 weeks in advance usually, however due to the nature of short term accommodation, cleans may be needed with shorter notice periods. This is all done on an electronic google calendar which all staff have access to via their own phone.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a cleaning or hospitality role, preferably in a serviced accommodation or residential setting
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Strong time management and organisational skills to efficiently complete cleaning tasks
• Friendly, customer-service oriented approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Availability to work part-time, including weekends and public holidays as required
• Applicant must have a valid ABN
• Applicant will need a police check if hired
