We are currently looking for a Casual Sales/Reception Team Member to join us.

You will report to the Club Owner and duties include:

• Assisting with the day to day sales/reception operations of the club
• Taking prospects on tours of the gym and answering their queries
• Creating and driving the club culture by building rapport with our amazing members
• Inbound/Outbound calls
• Cleaning duties to maintain a high club standard
• Strong sales results to drive club member growth

The successful applicant must have:

• A hands-on, positive and can-do attitude
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Strong sales and customer service and interpersonal skills
• A passion for health and fitness
• Have a desire to create a fun and vibrant culture within the club
• A desire to grow with our friendly, close-knit team (PT opportunities exist for those wishing to take the next step)
• Previous sales/reception experience is advantageous but not necessary
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.

APPLICANTS MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR SHIFTS THURSDAY 3.30PM-7.30PM AND SATURDAY 9AM-12.30PM.

Shifts are split into AM options (9:00am-12.30pm Mon-Sat) and PM options (3:30pm-7:30pm Mon-Thurs). Roughly 2-3 shifts available with potential for more in the future. Applicants must have availability for Thursday 3.30pm-7.30pm and Saturday 9am-12.30pm. Greater availability for other shifts as well is preferrable.
