Excel Recruitment are currently looking for Meter Readers.

You will be responsible for the Data Collection of utilities (gas, water and electricity) from within the Northern Beaches Region

The successful candidate will have a strong safety focus, adhering to client specific time frames, work instructions and Workplace Health Safety and Environment (WHSE) procedures.

Flexibility to work Monday - Saturday

7am to 3pm

$31.23 per hour

Casual with full-time hours, ongoing position

Training provided

Uniform provided

Duties:

• Perform accurate and efficient data collection activities - ensuring all relevant information is recorded i.e. usage, access and field conditions;
  
• Conduct regular field reports and job safety assessments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  
• Maintain a high level of customer service
  
• Manage contract KPls on allocated works
  
• Comply with all Customer Service Division (CSD) Codes of Conduct, Policies, Procedures and Guidelines
  
  Requirements:
  
• Physically fit - a lot of walking involved
  
• Current Driver's License and own current vehicle
  
• Unlimited working rights
  
• Current Police Clearance
  
• Good Communication skills - Verbal & Written
  
• Available for an immediate commencement
