We’re looking for a passionate and stylish individual to join our team and carve out a legacy at A Cut Above Bar & Grill. This Outer Eastern suburbs location offers a local opportunity with inner-city venue standards for hospitality professionals.

A Cut Above Bar & Grill is a modern fine dining restaurant located in the heart of Berwick.

We have the rare opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to lead the A Cut Above team. This is a coveted role that has been occupied by Melbourne’s finest Restaurant Managers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years leadership experience as a manager in a premium dining environment
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • A positive and engaging attitude
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain guest satisfaction
  • Adaptability and a calm, cool and collected disposition when dealing with fast-paced and busy services.
  • Efficient scheduling, including managing employee rosters, and cost management skills
  • Valid VIC RSA Certificate
  • Experience in beverage purchasing, stock control and COGS management
  • Menu design and construction
  • Excellent planning skills.
