In this role, you will play a key role in managing the company’s financial operations, including streamlining SOPs and establishing an efficient accounting system.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and general expense management.
• Performing bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing documents required for Letters of Credit, collaborate with banks and external accountants to ensure the smooth issuance and negotiation of Letters of Credit (LCs).
• Assist with improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Assist with various accounting projects.
• Handling other ad hoc projects as required to support the business.

Requirement:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Expereience in international bulk commodity trade or in mining industry.
• Familiarity with international trade finance processes.
• Experience collaborating with external accountants or having worked in an accounting firm is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• CPA qualification is essential.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
