Position Overview:

Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our team and have full-time positions available for experienced Industrial Electricians.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting a variety of projects, from small-scale local assignments to large-scale ventures nationwide. You’ll work alongside skilled tradesmen, engineers, and project managers, specialising in control systems, hazardous areas, HV switching, and Type B applications.

While this position is not FIFO/DIDO, it does require project hours and some travel. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of scopes and environments, offering unique industry experience and career growth opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in industrial environments.
• Perform routine inspections to identify and resolve electrical issues proactively.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with the project teams on local and remote projects.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Document work activities, including repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks and comply to all safety and regulatory documentation.
• Provide shift coverage support for planned maintenance and critical breakdowns.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• QLD Electrical Licence
• Valid Open Driver’s Licence
• White Card
• Current CPRLVR (within 12 months)
• Current EEHA Certificate (within the last 3 years)
• Cert III or IV in Instrumentation & Control (Desirable)
• Minimum 2 years post-trade experience as an Industrial Electrician
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety standards.
