HDM Group are a construction company based in the South East of Melbourne, completing projects throughout Melbourne & Victoria. Due to the expansion of our business, several exciting opportunities have arisen to join our team. We undertake a wide variety of work, with majority of our work being self-performed – generally, our works include hard & soft landscaping, carpentry, concrete (pavements & structures) & small civil projects. Our clients include a number of Tier 2, 3 & 4 Building Contractors, Civil Contractors, State & Local Government and also undertaking a range of large scale residential projects.

This role is advertised for a qualified landscaper, working under the direction of the Site Foreman and working alongside leading hands & labourers, subcontractors and suppliers. You will be expected to:

- Maintain OH&S work practices
- Have a basic understanding to read & interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Work with staff, subcontractors, plant & equipment and suppliers

We are seeking candidates who hold the following qualifications & experience:

• Experience in constructing both hard and soft landscapes
• Hold a current construction induction card and drivers license
• Working With Childrens Check preferred but not essential
• Machinery License's and Tickets preferred but not essential
• Have great technical skills & knowledge along with a keen eye for quality workmanship
• Have excellent time management & organizational skills along with a great work ethic
