Position Title: Registered Nurse Clinical Educator - Mental Health
Classification: NP75 - NP77
Salary per fortnight: $4,325.60 - $4,658.20
Hours per fortnight: 80 Hours
Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time (Negotiable)
The RN Clinical Educator (Mental Health) works within the Mental Health Professional Development Unit (MHPDU) to deliver professional development programs and supervision for Mental Health clinicians and students at Bendigo Health, ensuring that mental health nursing expertise informs the education and program development objectives of MHWS. Key responsibilities include providing professional support, education, and training to MHWS staff, assisting with mandatory and professional development training, advising on practice standards, offering nursing consultation for MHPDU programs, contributing to policy and procedure reviews, participating in quality improvement projects, supervising Graduate and Transition clinicians, supporting student placements, coordinating study days for Graduate and Transition Clinician Programs, developing and reviewing professional development programs with senior staff, supporting relevant research projects, and delivering specialist mental health training to both internal and external services in alignment with program objectives.

Your New Division
The Clinical Operations Division encompasses acute, allied health, cancer, dental and mental health services. We provide a wide range of general medical, surgical and specialty services including but not limited to; Oncology, Cardiology, Renal, Emergency, Women's and Children's, Critical Care, Specialist Clinics, Cancer Clinics and Mental Health Services. Our Allied Health teams provide a diverse range of programs and person centred care in inpatient, outpatient, community, home and residential care settings.
