The opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Property Manager to join their team within Inner Northern Brisbane. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating inspections, processing rental applications, and liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of properties, arranging repairs and addressing any issues that arise
  • Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports to landlords
  • Ensure all rental and property management activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both tenants and landlords, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with the leasing of vacant properties, including marketing, tenant selection, and lease negotiations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, and prepare regular reports for the business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential property management, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Thorough knowledge of the residential rental market, relevant legislation, and best practices in property management
  • Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant digital tools
  • A passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service
