The Opportunity

Providing carpentry services for residential construction projects, you will be working on projects from start to handover in all aspects of the trade. You will be required to read and interpret plans, adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.

You will collaborate with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople and ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and in good working condition. You will also provide mentorship and guidance to junior carpenters and apprentices.

Requirements

• Carpentry or trade background
• Demonstrated experience as a Carpenter, preferably having worked with a builder onsite
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Experience using power and hand tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all safety protocols
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow directions well
• Full Driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
• Reliability with a positive attitude
• 'Can do' attitude
• Full working rights in Australia

This role offers an immediate start (taking into consideration any notice period you may be required to work).

This is a full-time position working a 40 hour week Monday – Friday OR if you would prefer it can be a subcontractor arrangement.
