About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service and Delivery Driver to join our team at Farmers Bakehouse in Dubbo, NSW. This casual role will involve providing exceptional customer service and delivering our freshly baked products to local businesses and households across the area.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and efficient customer service, both in-person and over the phone
• Carefully packing and loading customer orders into the delivery vehicle
• Delivering orders to customers within the local Dubbo area in a timely manner
• Ensuring a high level of presentation and cleanliness of the delivery vehicle
• Assisting with other general duties within the bakery as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or delivery driver role, preferably within the food/hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and helpful service to customers
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to plan efficient delivery routes
• A valid driver's license and a safe driving record
• A passion for delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer experiences
• Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including weekends. Early start is required.
