Casual Occupational Therapist (OT) – Neurodiversity Affirming
Join a team that embraces diversity and empowers people to live their best possible lives!
About Us
Embrace Diversity was founded by a dedicated family who, motivated by the experiences of their AuDHD daughter, sought to create a supportive and inclusive environment where mental health and well-being are prioritised. Recognising the challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals in the workplace, they established the company to advocate for a positive work environment that fosters safety, acceptance, and support for neurodivergent health professionals. With a deep commitment to creating lasting change, Embrace Diversity is focused on not only ensuring that neurodivergent individuals thrive at work but also making a meaningful impact on the broader community, empowering individuals to reach their full potential in an understanding and nurturing setting. As part of our commitment to inclusivity, we are seeking a Casual Occupational Therapist with lived experience in neurodiversity to join our growing team.

- Use a neurodiversity-affirming approach that respects and values each individual’s way of thinking and being.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and support networks to develop practical and meaningful strategies, for home, school/work, or community.
- Work flexibly from Western Sydney or via telehealth services, remotely.
- Contribute to a workplace culture that prioritises respect, inclusion, and empowerment.

- Ability to work independently and flexibly.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
Why Join Us?
- Flexible work arrangements (Western Sydney or remote available)
- Supportive, values-driven team.
