About Us: Speech To You provides community and telehealth speech pathology services to adults (18+) with disabilities, funded by the NDIS. Our team consists of 6 Speech Pathologists and 1 Business Development Manager. We support a wide range of conditions, including acquired (stroke, MND, PD) and developmental (ASD, cerebral palsy) conditions.

About You:

• Passionate about helping participants
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Excellent time management
• Prior experience preferred

Orientation & Perks:

• 6 weeks of 1:1 shadowing with a senior Speech Pathologist
• Weekly supervision and mentoring
• $500 annual PD budget
• 5 paid shadow sessions per year
• Pay rises based on experience

A Typical Day:

• Work from home or office
• Support NDIS participants in the community
• Complete assessments, therapy, and reports
• Attend videofluoroscopies
• Develop resources like AAC
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• Participate in mentoring, supervision, and debriefing sessions

Location:

• Work from home or our Cheltenham office (other locations negotiable)

Requirements:

• Degree in Speech Pathology
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Access to computer and phone

Contractor Rates:

• New Graduate (<12 months): $65/hour + 11.5% super | $86,970/year
• Grade 1 (1+ year): $75/hour + 11.5% super | $100,350/year
• Grade 2 (2+ years): $85/hour + 11.5% super | $113,730/year
