Contracts Administrator, 3 - 4+ years contracts administration experience, on both large and/or small-scale new build and/or Fit-out & Refurbishment projects across the Commercial, Health care, Aged care, Heritage, Education, Childcare, Governmental, Museum, Correctional & religious sectors.

Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare subcontractor procurement schedules, scopes, lettings, and packages
- Manage design aspects and components
- Manage design meetings with consultants
- Strong procurement
- Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
- Manage and track project expenditure inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Progress claim assistance and external variations
- Administration of RFIs to internal and external stakeholders
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 4 - 6+ years’ experience working on Commercial, Education, Industrial, Health Care, Aged Care, Leisure/Aquatic, Retail, & Governmental/community projects or similar
- Ideally have experience working on projects valued $10Mil - $60Mil+
- Be well organised with a keen eye for detail
- Communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Have experience dealing with suppliers, negotiating, and finalising contract agreements
