Essential Criteria

• Ability to lead and manage a small sized team (previous supervisory experience of small teams essential)
• Experience in training and coaching staff and apprentices in various work areas & topics

1. Have a Certificate III in Meat Processing (or equivalent/above) trade qualification
2. Demonstrate a high level of customer service
3. Previous management experience and skills
4. Experience within fresh food, including demonstrable expertise in stock control, presentation, stock rotation, shrinkage/wastage, and presentation
5. Demonstrate ability to cut product and present to company guidelines
6. Good understanding of WH&S and food safety requirements
7. Intermediate level of computer skill
8. Full working rights in Australia
