About Well-Being OT:
Well-Being OT was set up in 2021 with the aim of offering expertise and high level support to Psychosocial NDIS participants. Well-Being OT is a specialist private practice who works with adults experiencing psychosocial challenges in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. Well-Being OT praises its-self on its ability to offer creative solutions and holistic care.
The well-Being OT team comprises of experienced mental health OTs who share resources and offer peer support to one another.
Well-Being OT offers the OTs an opportunity to work with a varied client group. This currently includes working with severe and enduring mental heath issues, gender diverse clients, neuro-diverse clients and homeless clients. Well Being OT is also running community groups, recognising the important role groups have in supporting connection and skill attainment.
Well-Being OT is looking for a suitably experienced and passionate OT to join the team.

Who we want to join the team:
• A confident, autonomous and experienced mental health OT (Minimum 3 years)
• Strong communicator who can build rapport with diverse client base and produce quality reports and funding applications
• Experience working with adults with psychosocial disabilities or willingness to work with this client group
• Current AHPRA registration
• Current Driver’s License and own vehicle
• Current Police Check, Working with Children Check, DWES Check or willingness to get one
• Current ABN
