Salary - $50 - $80 per hour package permanent part time based on experience

About you

Currently we have a part time senior pelvic physio with a busy caseload moving into a different field of pelvic physiotherapy practice, and this rare opportunity for our ideal candidate is to commence employment between now and mid 2025. You would be stepping into her busy caseload and not having to build a caseload from scratch, which means you have the opportunity to hit commission bonuses from the very beginning!

We are seeking a pelvic physiotherapist who:

• Lives in or is willing to relocate to the beautiful Redcliffe Peninsula and North Brisbane region
• Has experience working in a busy private practice
• Is confident treating a mixed pelvic caseload of female clients
• Is strongly committed to excellence in private practice and enjoy being in a busy, stimulating clinic environment

• The physio leaving is a pelvic and musculoskeletal physio and we open to hiring a pelvic physio or a pelvic and msk physio

The role

• The hours required for this role are anywhere from 10 to 25 hours a week for the right applicant, the physio who is leaving currently works 21 hours a week
• You will be replacing an existing part time therapist with a busy caseload that you will step straight into and not have to build up
• Our preferred candidates will have 5+ years in private practice, and our ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience. This is not a position suitable for new graduate therapists, or therapists who do not feel confident building and sustaining a full caseload
• Your level of experience will determine your salary package, and our existing therapists’ salary packages range from a base award salary to upwards of $60 an hour
• Your salary package includes a bonus/commission structure which allows you to take home an extra $20000-$30000 per year in performance based bonuses
• You will have access to a PD budget, internal formal and informal clinic mentoring, world class external paid mentors the clinic engages, and the clinic hosts 1-2 onsite physiotherapy professional development courses a year which you attend for free
• If you have aspirations to clinically mentor our junior pelvic physio as part of your role, this is also an opportunity available with this role (based on you having previous experience mentoring in your current or past roles)
• Each quarter we close the clinic for a team day focused on helping you grow personally and set goals that are meaningful to you
