Looking for an upgrade in your Sales Associate career in Real Estate or take another step from PM or Admin ?

We are looking for you if you are a go-getter that can manage the day to day Real Estate hustle within our Gerald Adam Team. We can allow you to show your CX skills to be a gun lead generator then progress through a Sales Buyer manager role and ultimately a stand alone Agent if you are ambitious enough. Central and all Northern Gold Coast regions experience will be an asset to your progress.
We are in a growth mode again and need you to help run and manage our Sale business - are you that person that can nurture buyers and sellers inside the system and process and grow into an awesome Agent ??
- Data base and cold calling and appointment setting skills essential for Sales team pipe.
- Property listing and Appraisal appointments to arrange, attend and secure.
- Saturday and weekday open homes, buyer and vendor management skills essential.
- Liaising direct with vendors including weekly reporting and client relationship management with all sale stakeholders.
- Managing our Rita, iD4Me, Vault and PropertyMe pipelines for appraisals for you and our Agents.
- Daily team, vendor, caravan and appraisal meetings.
- Office 365, web marketing and print experience essential though not a prerequisite.
You will ideally be;
- Having a proven track record with a few years’ current experience in a Real Estate sales associate or similar position.
- Great time management and diary skills and the ability to multi task several projects contemporaneously.
- Your eye for detail in your work and also in your own presentation and personal standards are an essential fit for our workplace.
- You will be personally accountable for goals and targets and be focused on our KPI’s and your own dollar productive and call production results.
- Team work but self starter and finisher attributes are highly desired.
- Bonus and incentives potential for the right applicant is based on productivity and measurable end results.
Ideal starting period is on or before 2 April 2025 and can mean immediate start is OK for the ‘ it ’ candidate.
