Our client, a highly regarded Real Estate Agency based in Brisbane, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a well-maintained portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist with inspections, routines, entries, exits, arrears and maintenance
• Liaise with landlords and tenants
• Rental application reviews and preparing lease agreements
• Learn from the best and prepare yourself for your own portfolio
• Any adhoc administration duties (as requested)

Skills/ Experience:

• At least 1 year experience in similar role
• Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written
• Customer-first approach, focuses on delivering quality service to all clients
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks on the go
• Outstanding relationship building and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Technical ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable vehicle with QLD drives licence valid
• QLD Real Estate registration essential
