About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pizza Maker to join our team at Pizza Da Italia in Brooklyn, VIC. As a casual Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for crafting delicious, high-quality pizzas for our customers. you will play a crucial role in upholding our reputation for serving mouth-watering pizzas made with fresh, quality ingredients.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to our recipes and standards
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pizza Maker or in a similar role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and pizza-making techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Taking order walk in and phone.
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
