Our existing sales teams are extremely busy and we need one more professional In-Home Sales Rep for our Victorian team, with a focus on servicing the western corridor. Isn't it about time that you get paid what you are worth?

NO WATER INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE NECESSARY- you will receive full training to get you educated about water and water filtration.

You must have in-home sales experience or similar and have the demonstrated ability to deal professionally and successfully with our customers.

We have a great product that people want, with more inbound enquiries than we can cope with right now.

Our warehouses are stocked up and ready to install too, so there's no waiting on commissions!

OTE of $2,500 to $4,500 p/w. Genuine and realistic figures, IF you've got the goods, with FTE and Contractor options available. We value closers!

About the role:

• Our marketing team get the public excited about our products via large scale national campaigns across Facebook, Google, TV and Radio…
• From this we receive hundreds of inbound enquiries to our call centre every week from people wanting better water at home.
• This is where you come in…our call centre books these interested potential customers in for appointments with our existing sales team who are all trained to the highest standards in both product knowledge and customer service.
• Essentially the role is sitting these appointments, educating people about water, our product, and helping them with the order form and interest free finance options.
• This is a busy role and requires travel throughout Melbourne and the western suburbs.
• WE DO NOT GENERATE LEADS VIA DOOR TO DOOR!! All your appointments are booked, qualified and confirmed for you from marketing activity. You just show up and close!

About you:

Before we move forward, just a quick reminder - make sure you have solid experience in direct face-to-face sales (not retail) and some recognition for your achievements, like sales awards. We want to see that you’ve really excelled in this area!

• You must have a demonstrated ability to sit in home appointments and close successfully- other comparable industries are solar, roller shutters, patio's etc.
• You must have integrity and excellent customer service skills.
• You must be hard working and dedicated to what you do
• You must be able to work well with our existing team
• Some computer skills are required to submit data onto our CRM.
• Must be available for evening appointments and alternate Saturdays.
