We have various positions available; each can be suited to match your experience & lifestyle requirements.

There are both full time & casual roles on offer to the right candidate.
These include - field service mechanics, workshop mechanics and site mechanics.

Our workshop mechanics enjoy the variety of component, reconditioning, along with general repairs.

Our field service mechanics are out & about maintaining/repairing a wide range of machinery.
Including earthmoving, power generation & pumps, commercial boats to name a few.
Our site mechanics have the option to work on many of the major mine sites in the NT & beyond.
Our modern & clean workshop has all the tools & equipment to make the job safe & efficient.
Overhead crane, various gantry cranes, truck hoists, car hoists, hydraulic cylinder bench, track press, diagnostic tooling, engine dyno & a well-equipped tool store.
Large workshop openings, high ceilings & multiple big as fans make for a comfortable climate to work in the tropics.
Our field service vehicles are all modern & well equipped with toolboxes & fitted out with the latest accessories.

Field Service (Vehicle Supplied)
Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm
Break downs repairs & maintenance
Local & remote field service jobs
Workshop work as required
After hours work shared between team as required

FIFO and Site Work Options - also available
Numerous options & rosters available

What you'll be doing
• Diagnose and repair faults on mining equipment
• Carry out planned maintenance
• Carry out breakdowns
• Perform component overhauls
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the efficient operation of the workshop
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of workshop processes and procedures

What we're looking for
• Trade qualification in diesel mechanics or heavy vehicle mechanics
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a diesel mechanic, preferably in the earthmoving industry
• Strong diagnostic & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Able to share knowledge & experience with apprentices & lead by example
• White card, High Risk card & WAH preferred
