About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-service focused Receptionist/Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at KLH and Associates' in the vibrant community of Castle Hill, NSW. This is a part-time opportunity, offering flexibility to balance work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing a warm and professional reception service, ensuring all clients and visitors receive an exceptional customer experience
  • Handling incoming phone calls, responding to enquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate team members
  • Assisting the Conveyancing team with administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and data entry
  • Maintaining office supplies and resource levels to support smooth day-to-day operations
  • Undertaking other general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Outlook
  • A friendly, professional, and reliable approach to work
