The team at Warwick Psychological Services are seeking their next experienced, Registered Psychologist to lead our dynamic and growing psychology clinic.

About Us

We provide support to children, teenagers, and adults across a range of areas, including ADHD assessment and support services, autism support, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Our clinicians can assist individuals experiencing infertility, life transitions, and obsessive-compulsive behaviour.

In addition, we offer treatment for general psychological disorders, and emotional distress resulting from events in early childhood. Our team provides LGBTQIA+ affirming counselling. We also offer relationship or couples therapy, family conflict and parenting support, psychometric (intelligence) testing for adults and children, and help with stress, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

The Role

In this leadership position, you will:

• Manage, mentor, and grow a vibrant and well-rounded psychology team operating under Commonwealth-funded mental health service programs, Employee Assistance Program services, NDIS, and the private sector.
• Develop, extend, and enhance your clinical leadership expertise within a friendly and well-supported environment.

Essential Criteria

• Full Psychology Registration with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated experience in managing clinical governance, supervision, and mentoring of staff (desirable).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice.
• Current C class driver’s licence.
• Eligibility to apply for or currently hold a Working With Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS worker screening.
