We are seeking a motivated and creative Architect or Graduate Architect with a minimum of 2-3 years experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be involved in all stages of design primarily focusing on detailed design and documentation across a variety of project types, including hospitality, educational, and multi-residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptual design and documentation of architectural and interiors projects.
• Assist in preparing design presentations and planning drawings.
• Prepare and coordinate detailed documentation drawings.
• Support coordination between various project teams, including consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and planning frameworks.
• Conduct site visits and assist in contract administration tasks.
• Contribute to innovative design solutions.
• Assist the practice in continuing to grow our diverse portfolio of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong design and documentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, diverse project environment.
