The Administration Officer works in a combined accounts receivable, payable and general HR and administrative role, providing support to the Financial Controller, Assistant Accountant, HR (payroll and compliance) team and Senior Managers and Operations.
This role offers the right candidate and chance to learn a variety of administration functions, with potential to grow and expand into the area of your choice as the business expands.
On a day to day basis your duties would include:
- Undertaking accounts payable and receivable (including debt collection).
- Support HR team in compliance data entry and assessments
- Maintaining records for suppliers and subcontractors
- Reception / front end work, filing, banking and monitoring the email.
- General office upkeep including stationery, document management, maintaining clean and tidy work spaces and common areas.
- Ad hoc duties such as assisting with tender preparation and supplier creation as required
This is a full time position and is suitable for both experienced or entry level candidates with the right aptitude.
To be successful with your application you must be familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook), be able to adapt quickly to the role and have:
- a good focus/attention to detail,
- comfort working with numbers,
- diligence completing assigned tasks,
- a good telephone manner.
