This not for profit organisation are expanding their services mainly across WA and also into Tasmania and NT.

Communication is a key element in this role, you will need to be confident interacting across all levels and supporting junior staff with their day to day work and long term development.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Senior Accountant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the Finance Manager to supervise and support junior staff members
• Statutory financial reports
• Balance sheet and fixed asset reconciliations
• Monthly financial reporting
• Coordination of annual audit
• Engaging with Senior Managers across the company

Your Profile
To excel in this role, you’ll bring the following qualifications and attributes:

• CPA or CA qualified with a strong understanding of accounting standards.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within a medium to large organisation or a chartered firm.
• Strong technical skills in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes, with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills for financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and senior management.
