Duties Include

• Training participants one-on-one and in small group settings.
• Conducting initial assessments and progress assessments
• Writing comprehensive client notes
• Writing clients progress reports
• Writing NDIS plan review reports
• Deliver our Student Placement Program one on one or in a group setting.
• Assisting in various types of administrative and business development tasks.

What is Fit n Able Looking For

• Qualifications: ESSA Accredited and registered Exercise Physiologist with at least 2 years experience.
• Motivated and passionate to work with people with disabilities.
• A strong understanding of strength training techniques.
• Excellent communicator with a good sense of humour.
• Energetic and positive attitude.
• Good written and computer skills.
• Ability to think for yourself and solve problems.
• Willingness to learn new methodologies and communication strategies tailored to individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities.
