Property Network of Australia is seeking a Property Investment Analyst to join a well-established investment and asset management group based in Brisbane CBD.

This role will focus on driving the growth and performance of both current and future investment strategies across the investment and asset management functions. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in an investment, asset management, or financial analysis role within the property sector.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor asset performance against budgets and manage quarterly reporting.
• Prepare and track property budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct ongoing asset management across the portfolio, including internal and external valuations.
• Collate and maintain property data, market research, and financial analysis.
• Assist in preparing internal and external reports for investment and asset management functions.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities and conduct financial modelling.
• Support asset and portfolio management teams with investment reviews, hold/sell decisions, and fund valuations.
• Prepare investment committee papers for acquisitions and divestments.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A tertiary qualification in Property, Valuations, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in the property sector (e.g., valuations, property analysis, capital transactions, or funds management).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with strong numerical reasoning and financial modelling expertise.
• Excellent communication, document presentation, and reporting abilities.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
