Location: City Campus (Hybrid – 3 days in-office: Mon, Tues, Thurs; WFH Wed & Fri)
Contract Length: 24 March 2025 – 8 August 2025 (4.5 months)

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in higher education? Chandler Macleod is seeking a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Officer to support students and academics.

As a WIL Officer, you will:

• Provide academic and student support for Work Integrated Learning programs.
• Monitor WIL programs and maintain university databases.
• Respond to student inquiries and liaise with industry professionals.
• Work collaboratively with academic staff and external stakeholders.
• Occasionally work outside standard hours to meet critical deadlines.

To be suitable for the role you will have:

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience following established procedures with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in computer software packages with a willingness to learn new systems.
• Experience in higher education is highly desirable.
